# Technical documentation — unityCLI

Evidence date: 2026-09-30. Source: `https://bitbucket.org/overdrive/unitycli.git`.

Provenance labels: **Documented**, **Implemented**, **Inferred**, **Planned**, **Unknown**.

No technical document existed in the repository or in `silicon_ark/unityCLI/` before this file. Identifier values are not an issue: the tree has no config files.

## What this repository is

A Bitbucket Git repository in the `overdrive` workspace with slug `unitycli`. On 2026-09-30 it had no commits.

Provenance: **Implemented** (clone and `git ls-remote`).

It is not the Unity game engine. It is not the tree documented in `silicon_ark/wiki/` as `unity.py`, and it is not any of the other Unity-named Silicon Ark projects. Those are separate repositories with their own histories.

## Inspection method

1. `git clone git@bitbucket.org:overdrive/unitycli.git` completed with `warning: You appear to have cloned an empty repository.`
2. Working tree listing showed only `.git`.
3. `git status` reported `On branch master`, `No commits yet`, `nothing to commit`.
4. `git status -sb` reported `## No commits yet on master...origin/master [gone]`.
5. `git ls-remote` printed `From git@bitbucket.org:overdrive/unitycli.git` and no refs, and exited 0.
6. The scan-host path `~/projects/sonar_scan/repos/unityCLI` does not exist on this machine (`%USERPROFILE%\projects` is absent). The two filenames in OVER-318 were therefore not opened.

The local branch name `master` is the Git client's name for an unborn branch. The remote has no branch to check out.

## Application structure

```text
unitycli/
└── .git/    (local clone metadata only; not a project source file)
```

No `src/`, `cmd/`, `bin/`, `app/`, tests, or infra directory exists in the remote.

## Frameworks and languages

None declared. No language can be identified. **Unknown / Requires Confirmation** what stack was intended, if any.

## Runtime configuration

No `.env`, appsettings, or config module is in git.

## Authentication

No application auth. Bitbucket access control for push and admin was not listed. **Unknown / Requires Confirmation.**

## Data

No database, migration, or schema. No local store.

## APIs

No HTTP route, client, or OpenAPI file. No CLI flag parser.

## Background work

No worker, queue, or cron definition.

## Storage

No bucket, disk path, or upload handler.

## Build, environments, and scripts

No build script. No `Dockerfile`, `docker-compose`, `bitbucket-pipelines.yml`, `Makefile`, or host-specific config.

## Testing

No test runner and no tests. There is nothing to execute.

## Security notes (observed, not a pentest)

No application surface is present, so there is no route, secret, or dependency to review. No credential file was in the tree.

## Deployment and operations

**Unknown / Requires Confirmation.** Nothing names a host, a pipeline, or a monitoring system.

OVER-318 lists `sonar-project.properties` and `sonarqube_scan.bat` on the scan-host working tree. They are not in the remote, and their contents were not read. A Sonar project key, server URL, or scan command cannot be stated.

## Related repositories

| Repository | Relationship as evidenced | Provenance |
|---|---|---|
| `wiki` | Separate repo. `silicon_ark/wiki/features.md` labels `unity.py` "Unity CLI". `silicon_ark/wiki/technical-documentation.md` describes it as a Python 2 `getopt` parser for `-i` and `-o`. No link from this empty remote to that file, and the wiki docs do not name slug `unitycli` | **Unknown** whether they were meant to be one product |
| Other `unity-*` Silicon Ark projects | Separate repos. A Markdown search for `unitycli`, `unity-cli`, and `unityCLI` found no cross-reference before this directory | **Implemented** as absence of a cross-reference |

## Human confirmation

- Intended language, framework, and host, if this repository is still a planned codebase.
- Bitbucket project permissions and default branch.
- Contents of the scan-host Sonar files, if they are considered part of the project.
- Whether `unity.py` in the wiki repository belongs with this slug.
