# Project plan — skrmiish

Evidence date: 2026-10-03.

This plan describes what the repository contains. It does not decide what the product should become.

There is no prior Silicon Ark directory for this project. The in-repo `README.md` is the Create React App template. It does not describe Skrmiish.

## Product

The browser title is **Skrmiish Esports | Shoot for Loot** (`public/index.html`). The site is a single-page marketing and partner console for a product whose visible concepts are streamers (called Partners in the client), supporters, Twitch sign-in, leaderboards, revenue share, and subscription credits.

A written product purpose is not in the repository. Several marketing blocks still contain lorem ipsum (`WhatIsSkirmish`, `ReadyToTakeIt`). The purpose above is **Inferred** from the page title, section headings, and the API calls the client makes.

The footer prints an Isle of Man address (Goldie Terrace, 2nd Floor, Goldie House, Church Street, Douglas, IM1 1EB), the phone `+44 1624 614672`, and two different support addresses: `support@skrmiish.com` and `support@skirmiish.com`. Whether that address and those contacts are still current is **Unknown / Requires Confirmation**.

This documentation set is based on `master` at `5077fba`. No remote branch contains commits that are absent from `master`.

The task-creation scan listed `debug.log`, `sonar-project.properties`, and `sonarqube_scan.bat` at the repository root. None of those files is in `master` at `5077fba`. Provenance: **Unknown** — they may have been untracked files on the scan host.

Named authors on the tip and nearby history include Uriel Balela. Other names appear only as branch names (`JoshFixes`, `UrielChanges`, `maanie-changes`).

## Scope in the repository

In scope of what is implemented on `master`:

- A Create React App (React 16) front end under `src/` and `public/`.
- A public home page (`/`) with marketing sections, a left menu, and a right menu.
- Email/password registration and login, plus a Twitch OAuth implicit redirect.
- Partner-only routes for accounts, profile, leaderboard management, and a streamer page.
- Calls to an external API at `https://skmsapi-dev.azurewebsites.net`.
- A Bitbucket Pipelines definition that builds the app and deploys the `build` folder to Azure static website hosting.

Out of scope of this repository:

- The API implementation. It is a separate host. Its source, database, and auth rules are not in this repo.
- A native mobile app. The home page shows download images. No store URLs or mobile project are in this repo.
- Automated product tests. No `*.test.js` or `*.spec.js` files were found. `package.json` still has the Create React App `test` script.

The API and the static site are **Implemented** as URLs in this repo. Whether either host is still live is **Unknown / Requires Confirmation**.

Twitch login redirects to `https://master.d373v11reppwb7.amplifyapp.com/`. The pipeline deploys to the Azure static website above. Those two hosts are not the same. Which URL users actually open is **Unknown / Requires Confirmation**.

The drawer and navigation trees under `SPA`, `Accounts`, `Profile`, `ManageLeaderboards`, and `Streamer` are largely duplicated copies. Provenance: **Implemented**.

## Milestones visible in git

There is no project plan file in the repository. The history that is visible:

No roadmap, milestone document, or open planned-work list was found. Anything after 2020-12-09 is **Unknown**.

## Known dependencies

Runtime libraries are declared in `package.json` (version `0.1.0`, private). Notable ones: React 16, Redux Toolkit, redux-saga, redux-persist, React Router 5, Material UI 4, styled-components, axios, framer-motion, recharts, react-image-crop, jquery. `@azure/identity` and `@azure/storage-blob` are dependencies. No import of either package was found under `src/`. `crypto-js`, `victory`, and `react-swipe` are dependencies; no import of them was found under `src/`.

The API, Twitch, Azure static hosting, and Azure Blob storage are external. They are not vendored here.

## Current project status

The repository is a front-end snapshot frozen at 2020-12-09. The client still targets an API host whose name contains `-dev`. Marketing copy is incomplete (lorem ipsum). Several client calls look unfinished or point at the wrong endpoint (see `prd.md` and `business-rules.md`). Whether the product was later replaced, abandoned, or continued in another repository is **Unknown / Requires Confirmation**.
