There is no prior Silicon Ark set for `public-procon8.com/`. The source repository has no README, project plan, or requirements document. This plan describes what the repository contains. It does not decide what the product should become.

A sibling brochure lives in a different repository and a different Silicon Ark directory: `public-procon8.co.za`. ## Product

The public site presents Procon8 as a consultancy for project controls and contract management in engineering, construction, and manufacturing. The home title is "Procon 8 // Project Control and Contract Management". The home trust paragraph names **PROCON8 MANAGEMENT LIMITED**. Provenance: **Documented** in `index.php`.

The same tree also names other entities on the contact block (`address.php`): PROCON8 Management Ltd (Guernsey), PROCON8 Operations Ltd (Mauritius), PROCON8 Consulting SA Pty Ltd (South Africa), and PROCON8 Middle East (Dubai). PROCON8 India and PROCON8 Australia Pty Ltd are present in the file but commented out of the live include. A copy, `address.php.1`, leaves India and Australia uncommented. Which entities are current is **Unknown / Requires Confirmation**.

Quantivia is described on `software.php` as an enterprise project-management product and is linked out to `http://www.quantivia.com`. The Quantivia application is not in this repository. Provenance: **Documented** as marketing copy and outbound links.

No objectives document exists. The following are **Inferred** from the pages that the navigation actually links:

## Scope

- Static PHP pages that share `header.php` and `footer.php`.

## Implementation plan

None is written in the repository. The imported tree is the whole implementation visible to this inspection.

## Known dependencies

- PHP, with `include` of the page fragments. The required PHP version is **Unknown**.
- A web server that executes PHP. Root `.htaccess` is empty. `stats/.htaccess` is Apache basic auth with a GoDaddy `AuthUserFile` path.
- Amazon SES SMTP in `eu-west-1`. Credentials are hardcoded in `mail/mail.php`. Values are not copied into this plan.
- jQuery and the theme scripts under `js/`.
- Google Fonts over `http://fonts.googleapis.com` (`header.php`).

## Current status

**Implemented** as a static marketing site frozen at the 2020 import. No branch other than `master` exists on the remote. Whether this tree is what www.procon8.com serves today is **Unknown / Requires Confirmation**.

- Which legal entities and named contacts are still current.
- Whether India and Australia (commented in `address.php`, present in `address.php.1`) should be published.
- Whether the SES credentials in git are still live and should be rotated.
- Whether `SLA.php` and `quantivia.php` are meant to stay on the server.
- Whether Quantivia copy and the outbound demo URLs are still accurate.
- Which site is canonical relative to `public-procon8.co.za`.
