## Removed from the live shell

- Social links and the Twitter timeline. `display: none` plus a 2018-01-24 comment by "pj" in `header.php` and `footer.php`. - PROCON8 India (Rakesh Sable, Nashik) and PROCON8 Australia Pty Ltd (Ray Walters, Maroochydore) are inside an HTML comment in `address.php`.
- Swift Mailer send path in `mail/lib/mail_sender.php` is commented and sits after `exit`.
- A duplicate Progress Payments accordion on `contract.php` is commented out.

## Planned

None found. No TODO, roadmap, or ticket reference describes unfinished product work. Placeholder copy on `quantivia.php` is leftover theme text, not a stated plan.

## In development

Nothing in Git. The remote has one branch, `master`, and one commit.

## Deprecated / removed features

The repository does not mark features deprecated. The unlinked `SLA.php` page and the hidden social widgets are the closest evidence of an older brochure that this multi-page theme replaced. The sibling repository `public-procon8.co.za` still contains the older single-page pattern. That is an observation across repositories, not a removal record inside this one.
