`pmf-backend-ah` and `pmf-frontend-ah` document Pay My Fines behaviour. `pmf-backend-ah` emails a receipt PDF after calling an HTML-to-PDF service. `paymyfines-worker` is a separate near-empty remote.

They are separate repositories. This tree does not implement their features, and it does not link to them.

Do not treat a feature of those repositories as a feature of `paymyfines-pdf-application`.
