# Features — email_campaigner

Evidence date: 2026-10-15. Source: `git@bitbucket.org:overdrive/email_campaigner.git`, `main` at `1f31d32`.

Provenance labels: **Documented**, **Implemented**, **Inferred**, **Planned**, **Unknown**.

No feature list existed in the repository or in `silicon_ark/email_campaigner/` before this file.

## Current

No product feature is implemented.

| Item | Location | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Ignore list | `.gitignore` at `1f31d32` (50 lines) | **Implemented** as the only tracked file. It tells Git which untracked paths to skip. It does not enable a user-facing feature |

The repository itself exists on Bitbucket and can be cloned. That is hosting state, not a user-facing feature. Provenance: **Implemented** (clone on 2026-10-15, tip `1f31d32e0fc70fd1326e40f220a6202b008ad8c3`).

## Completed

Git history contains one completed change. It is not a product feature that a user can exercise.

| When | Commit | What |
|---|---|---|
| 2026-04-15 | `1f31d32` | Added `.gitignore` (50 lines). Message: `Initial commit`. Author: Jaco Brits (`jaco@overdrive.co.za`). Header calls the patterns examples |

There is no historical product feature that was built and then deleted. `git ls-tree -r HEAD` shows a single path, `.gitignore`. The commit has no parent, so nothing was tracked before it.

## In development

Nothing. The only branch is `main`. `git branch -a` showed `main`, `origin/main`, and `origin/HEAD -> origin/main`. No unmerged head exists.

## Planned

No planned feature is written down in this repository. **Unknown / Requires Confirmation** whether a backlog exists outside git.

The ignore patterns name directories and artifacts that several different toolchains would produce (`node_modules/`, `*.class`, `*.py[cod]`, `target/`, `*.jar`). Those paths are not in the tree. Reading them as a planned campaign application is **not** supported. They are patterns in an example ignore file. Provenance of the patterns: **Implemented** as file text. Provenance of any future build: **Unknown**.

## Recently changed

Nothing has changed in git since 2026-04-15. OVER-108 (captured 2026-09-28) already named tip `1f31d32`. The clone on 2026-10-15 is the same commit. Provenance: **Implemented** as remote state.

## Deprecated / removed

No tracked file has been removed. The only commit adds `.gitignore`. No product feature was removed, because none was added.

## Reported on the scan host, not in git

OVER-108 (2026-09-28) lists this path at the top of `~/projects/sonar_scan/repos/email_campaigner`:

| Path | In git at `1f31d32`? | Ignored by `.gitignore`? | Read here? |
|---|---|---|---|
| `sonar-project.properties` | No | No | No. Scan-host path was not on this machine |

It is not a feature of the Bitbucket tree. What it configures is **Unknown / Requires Confirmation**. The same name is reported for other scan-host checkouts whose commits do not contain it. Treating it as an untracked scan wrapper is **Inferred**, not a finding from file contents.

The scan listing also omitted `.gitignore`, which is the file git actually tracks.

## Not in this repository

| Expected if the slug were a product | In this repository |
|---|---|
| Campaign, list, template, or subscriber records | Not present |
| Compose, preview, schedule, or send screens | Not present |
| SMTP, API mailer, bounce, or unsubscribe handling | Not present |
| Auth, roles, or an admin user | Not present |
| Tests, pipeline, or deployment | Not present |

The slug is the only place the words email and campaigner appear. They do not appear in `.gitignore`.
