                Simply register your details on the website <a href="http://www.healthchoice.co.za">www.healthchoice.co.za</a> or contact us on <a href="mailto:info@healthchoice.co.za">info@healthchoice.co.za</a>. It is important to register your practice (business entity) first. Thereafter the registration of practitioners / assistants functionality is enabled.

                <strong>What are my obligations when I participate in a Healthchoice initiative?</strong><br />
                You will be required  to access the system and capture data as required by the initiative.  This data can only be captured with patient consent and the consent of the business owner you work for.  You should capture information as accurately as possible.
