# Email — Versioned Baskit release APK

**Subject:** Baskit — app version now shown and included in APK name

Hi,

Baskit now uses the `pubspec.yaml` version throughout the release:

1. Profile shows the installed version and build number.
2. Local and Bitbucket releases create `baskit-v<version+build>.apk`.
3. The normal Flutter `app-release.apk` remains available.
4. Automated tests cover version formatting, display, and metadata failure.
