Subject: TASK-004 — Category taxonomy shipped (pending migrate on Ops)

Hi team,

We aligned shop browsing with a two-level category tree in Baskit Ops and removed the Flutter hard-coded 16-aisle list. Products are classified via retailer path mappings first, then guarded keyword rules; admins can map unmapped scrape paths and lock product categories.

Deploy note: run Ops migrations `2026-10-06-170000` and `2026-10-06-171000`, then `php spark catalog:recategorise --dry-run` before apply.
